Capital Build Up

OMSMPC 2024 Capital Build-Up Program aims to enhance share capital in alignment with cooperative policies and procedures. It focuses on fostering regular and continuous capital accumulation among members, boosting the Share Capital provision of OMSMPC, and significantly increasing individual members' Share Capital.

PRIZE MECHANICS:

Members under Tier 1 and 2 are qualified for the grand prize raffle on October 25, 2024.
Members under Tier 1, 2, and 3 are qualified for the regular prize raffle on July 31, August 30, and September 27, 2024.
Eligible members can only win once.
Each Tier will have a separate raffle draw.
The number of winners and type of prizes differ per Tier number:

Tier 3 - PHP2,500 Share Capital and Limited Coop Merch (2 winners only per draw)

QUALIFICATIONS:

All Regular Members (RM) who have completed the Cooperative’s membership requirements such as PMES, Membership Form (with valid TIN and Government IDs), initial share capital, and membership fee are qualified for the raffle.
All Regular Members (RM) with the OMSMPC Member ID (e.g. MC1234567890).
All Regular Members (RM) who have completed the required (PHP2,500, PHP5,000 & PHP7,000) share capital contribution.
Associate Members (AM) are eligible for the raffle (except for the management team).
The members of the OMSMPC board of directors and the management team are disqualified from the raffle.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Share capital deposits must be done through the OMSMPC Online Payment Channels. Deposits made outside the official payment channels will not be honored.

2. Deposits made by OMSMPC applicants will only be valid upon the completion of his/her membership application.

3. Deposits made by non-members will not be honored.

4. Staggered payments are allowed through bill payments.

5. Regular & Associate members must complete the required PHP2,500, PHP5,000 & PHP7,000 on or before every cut-off to be eligible for the monthly raffle draw.

6. Cut-off dates per draw:
a. Draw 1 cut off - July 24, 2024
b. Draw 2 cut-off - August 23, 2024
c. Draw 3 cut-off - September 20, 2024
d. Draw 4 cut-off - October 18, 2024

7. All regular & associate members with minimum PHP2,500, PHP5,000 & PHP7,000 share capital subscriptions are eligible for one (1) raffle entry.

8. Only one (1) raffle entry is allowed per Member. Members with multiple stores shall be treated as one “member only”.

9. Raffle entries are qualified for the four (4) raffle draws depending on what cut-off date you completed the required amount.

10. Eligible members can only win once.

11. Succession provision on Membership Agreement shall apply in case of death of a member.

12. Members can check their Share Capital status through the e-Services Portal.

13. If the member has concerns regarding their Share Capital contribution, the member must submit a support ticket to the OMSMPC Support Desk.

14. All raffle entries will be identified as valid if
a. Deposits for the share capital subscription were made within the campaign period.
b. The name of the payee is identified by the cooperative through the membership ID that must be entered in the Membership ID field found on the payments channel’s bills payment portion.

15. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Prizes are subject to availability and the Cooperative reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without the necessity of prior notice.

16. The 2024 Capital Build-up campaign period will run from July 5, 2024 to October 25, 2024.

17. The raffle draw shall be held via Facebook Live using the OMSMPC Facebook page for official members. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/omsmpc/).

19. The presence of qualified members - whether virtual or physical - during the raffle draw is not required.

20. Winners will be notified by the Cooperative staff via phone call or electronic mail.

21. Winners will be posted on the OMSMPC Facebook page for official members. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/omsmpc/).

22. Unclaimed prizes within sixty (60) days from the date of the announcement will be forfeited in favor of the Cooperative.

23. Prizes must be personally claimed by the winners at the office of the Cooperative at Unit 907 & 908, One Park Drive, 9th Avenue Corner 11th Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. There shall be no delivery of the prizes.

24. The product warranty is not covered by the Cooperative.

25. All taxes that may be due and all expenses related to the prizes won by the member shall be for the account of the winner.

26. The Cooperative reserves the right to disqualify members who will engage in fraudulent acts or transactions in relation to the raffle and the Capital Build-Up campaign program including violation of these Terms and Conditions. Appropriate sanctions will likewise be applied following Cooperative policies.

27. The Cooperative reserves the right to amend, change, revise or extend the Capital Build-Up campaign raffle duration and the date of the raffle draw as may be needed.

28. By joining this program and paying the required amount whether in full or partial, the member acknowledges that his/her subscribed capital is PHP5,000.00 and his initial share capital is PHP1,300 and hereby revokes and rescinds any agreement to the contrary.

29. Regular members who fail to pay the required amount of capital build-up will be flagged for possible sanction under pertinent policies, rules, laws, and regulations such as but not limited to suspension of privileges, delisting from membership, suspension of the right to vote, or be declared as a delinquent member.

30. The members of the OMSMPC board of directors and the management team are disqualified from the raffle

31. The OMSMPC management will decide on any dispute arising out of the campaign.
